Curious what a 90-min Acu & Yoga session feels like at Ramsay Acu + Wellness? 🌿

- We begin with a 15-min chat to explore your symptoms and goals
- This is usually followed by mindful breathwork, exploration of your restrictions or your goals.
- Then you’ll settle in for your acupuncture (sometimes cupping too!)—a deep reset for body and mind.
- We finish with yoga - this could be anything from deeply restorative to active, depending on your needs. ✨

Your first session is 90 mins, follow-ups are 75 mins — every detail personalized to you.
