Text neck is becoming so common lately—and the goo Text neck is becoming so common lately—and the good news is, it’s very treatable. I recently worked with a patient who came in with significant neck and upper back tension from long hours on devices. In our first sessions, we focused on releasing the area with acupuncture, combined with guided breathing and gentle postural work to open up the chest and relieve strain. As we progressed, we layered in electro-acupuncture to deepen the release and created gentle Vinyasa flow that built on each previous session. With every visit, the tension softened more—and the relief kept growing. This is what I love most: working with the body step by step, allowing it to unwind and reset naturally.
